The most recent email from MoveOn.org says …

From: “Tom Matzzie, MoveOn.org Political Action”

Subject: Yes! Let’s take the election national.

Dear MoveOn member,

“The player who changed the dynamics of the race is MoveOn.” That’s what one newspaper recently wrote about the election work we’ve done together.

The MoveOn-member-powered campaign is changing the landscape in key individual races. Now we want to change the dynamic of the entire election. To do that, we’re looking for 10,000 of us to become monthly contributors today for the first time at $15 only until the election.

By the way, the “one newspaper” they’re referring to is The Hartford Advocate, a liberal newspaper with such poor circulation they have to give it away. Info on the paper can be found at … http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hartford_Advocate

Liberals are HILARIOUS!
“professor” … it rises to the level of begging when every goddamn email twists into a solicitation. I realize that MoveOn is so irrelevant these days that they don’t have any cash, while Republican cadidates have so much cash donations they don’t know where to spend it all, my point is specifically that if MoveOn is so relevant and popular it should have to beg for cash so often.

Maybe it’s a scam, be careful!

You know the really beautiful irony that not a single ignorant liberal is aware of -

George Soros, the financial backer of moveon spent $10 million of his own money lobbying to make sure campaign finance reform was passed.

When you cut away all the bullsh*t and lame rationalizations, that was just another f*cking rich guy spending his money to influence politics to ensure the rest of us could not use our money to influence politics.

What a pack of ignorant, hypocritical, dumb*sses these socialist morons are.

    BOYCOTT PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE!!!

because just like AirAmerica, it’s dying a slow death. Thank God. BTW, don’t buy insurance from Progressive, the guy that owns it is the #1 supporter of Moveon.

    moveon is a strawman.

Moveon.org is a communist front spreading left-wing propaganda and promoting the most liberal of candidates. If they are allowed to succeed, it will destroy this country.

    Because bureaucracy is self-perpetuating.

Don’t tell me you don’t get solicitations from every political candidate, cause and charity you have donated to in the past.

Because the Republican party has cornered the market on getting money from corporations and their lobbyists, so the Democrats have to work harder to get money, in order to save the country from the crooks that are in power in the White House and Congress.

There’s no shame in begging; even the Bible says so. There is shame in stealing and lying, though, although the GOP apparently doesn’t feel any.

    Because people have moved on?
Or because billionaire George Soros has a new place to spend his money – perhaps he’s directly buying Senator Clinton, instead of going through loopy intermediaries.

For the party of the ‘little guy’ they sure have a lot of millionaires and rich people running their party and calling the tunes.

BAM! Here I am, You’re right, perhaps we should be buying Ann Coulter’s new book of inclusive and thoughtful remarks toward 9/11 victims and further divide our great country. So now every .Org not for profit web-site is begging, you’ve been drinking too much kool-aid, now Dave put the tin-foil back on your head, Rush is about to come on. You know Dave no one with “half a brain” can take you seriously when you use words like “begging” to substitute for fund raising.

  • g

yeah… Republicans groups never raise money or hold fundraisers for anything?

Oh and Republican group e-mails I’m sure never mention anything about fundraising?

You guys have no grasp of reality?
