What’s up with Co-op campaign in CoD WaW?

Whenever I play online Competitive Co-Op Campaign in Call of Duty World at War, after about 2 minutes of playing the screen goes to the loading screen and me along with my other players with me end up back at the screen where you choose your level. Why does it do this and how do I fix it? Thanks.
