The best way is to become a multi millionaire or billionaire and start a PAC, hire lobbyists and donate to the campaigns of those who are running for offices that could affect your interests. It is the only proven way to get them to listen.

That depends on the Candidate, and if money comes with that email. Other than Ron Paul, I doubt anyone would answer, but I could be wrong.
