“Don’t be a ‘Puff Daddy’ (or ‘Puff Mommy’) for that matter” Include a visual. From working on public service announcements for young people, I can tell you it helps if they can identify with the campaign.

“Why quit?”
Then a short video showing how young people got started, then show real-life people, with decay teeth, (last stage) cancer, …
It don’t really encourages them to quit as most people lack the determination to do so. However, it cause them to re-think what puts them in this shoes in the first place and more aware of their consequences if they continued to indulge.
Even if they do not quit, its better they are constantly reminded now and then, so they will try to control and not increased their intakes.
Looking back at the circumstances they first pick up smoking, they may now realised how stupid it is now and advise others against picking up the habits.
