how long after being reduced to e1 from field grade artical 15 can i start getting my rank back?

the soonest you can get promoted again is 6 months, but you wont go from e1 to e4. you’ll have to go through e2 and e3 again, but how fast you go through them is up to your CoC since you already ahve the TIS and TIG requirements.

Only your commander can answer, it all depends on how you were reduced in rank.

After you come off your UIF file, pretty much anytime your commander wants to promote you.

But they can make you wait the full time in grade requirements all over again.
