How do I start a new campaign in Halo 3 after beating it?

I’ve beaten the game, ran through the credits, but I can’t see how to start a new game. I figure under Campaign it would say New Campaign but that isn’t an option. I can only start from my last save. And I know I’ve beaten it because my profile says I’ve finished the fight.

How long is the single-player campaign for Battlefield: Bad Company?

I’m planning on getting Bad Company for the 360. I don’t have Live, so online is out of the question. Apparently the game doesn’t have offline splitscreen or co-op, so I’m hoping that the single-player campaign will last quite a while if I’m going to buy it. For those who’ve played it, how long is the campaign? Thanks.

LAG ON halo 3 ONLY APPEARS WHEN IM PLAYING 3 OR 4 ON CAMPAIGN BUT NOT 2?
