email campaigns

if we add more key words to a ad group in Google, will it save my money or increase the overall cost. Coz i have noticed, when the key word is more specifi, avg CPC is high than general key word

I’m about to throw my computer through my window. Any of you certified nerds that are able to help will be saving me from explaining that to my wife. I am trying to send out some brochures to clients through a bulk emailer. Our brochures are saved as either bitmap or jpeg. If I email the bitmap it doesn’t show up at all and if I send the jpeg the text is so blurry that you can’t read it. I am able to copy and paste text, but not the graphics so I have to save it as a picture and then insert an image into the body. What am I doing wrong? What format could I save it in and get it to work?
If it is pdf how would I get it into the body of the text. I can’t copy and paste pdf and it won’t insert it as an image. At least I don’t know how. Thanks for your response.
