Can any army officer give me an example of fluidity in war or battle field from a well known battle?

Recently our army has included fluidity as one of its principles of war. As per the theory goes, it is well suited to our army considering the geographical and demographical situation pravailing in the country. But I want an example from a well known battle where fuidity played a distinct role and contributed to the victory. Please explain in brief, how?

Can you aid political campaigns while in The Military Dep Program?

I’m thinking of volunteering for several political campaigns at the state and local level. I ship out for boot camp November 12 and am wondering whether or not I am allowed to donate or volunteer or be otherwise involved in politics on that level?
