Is Vimax a complete scam? They seem to have permeated the web with ad copy?

Either it’s very cheap to run ads on the internet, or this company has been pouring millions of dollars into promoting a product one normally finds in the SPAM mailbox. I can’t seem to google anything real about it, but instead keep getting sent to the same bogus-sounding reviews. What’s the story on this product and it’s offensive ad campaign?
